Carroll and Carroll is in the process of wrapping up the 2015 Street Resurfacing project for the Landings community. You may have observed some areas that don’t meet our community standards, but please be assured we are working with the contractor to bring these areas into compliance. In fact, it is the policy of The Landings Association that final payment is never made until all contract specifications are met and all areas are thoroughly inspected.

The beginning of the New Year always is an exciting time at The Landings Association, as we begin steps to accomplish our departmental and organizational work plans. Much of that work in 2016 will focus on continued implementation of our Strategic Plan. You can read more details in the President's Update.

In conjunction with Senior Citizens, Inc. (SCI), a group of Landings residents once again is collecting blankets and donations that will help Savannah area seniors keep warm this winter.
The Fourth Annual Landings Blanket Drive is run at the same time as the SCI and Starbucks Winter Blanket Drive.

Are you looking for a fulfilling volunteer opportunity that yields infinite dividends? L.O.V.E. (Local Outreach Volunteer Educators) is looking for additional volunteers to tutor elementary school children. If you are interested in making an immediate and long-lasting impact, join us as L.O.V.E. mentors. New mentors are needed throughout the year as teachers identify children who need one-on-one attention.
The Holidays are a favorite time of year for many people, but between decorating, cooking, shopping, and preparing to welcome family and friends into your home, the multitasking can be overwhelming.
The good news is the year is 2015, which means there is more than likely an app, or a couple of apps, that should help make your like easier. Even better, most of these apps are free and can be downloaded from the app store on your smartphone, computer, or tablet.
As the New Year begins, we are excited about all of the plans to make the Marinas bigger and better in every way possible.
After months of consultations, scheduling, and modifications, we look forward to the installation of the new docks at Landings Harbor.
