50th Anniversary Grand Finale Celebration a Great Time for All!

The 50th Anniversary Grand Finale Celebration on September 24 at Landings Harbor Marina was a great time with lots of fun for residents of all ages! The festivities kicked off at 3 p.m., and we could not have ordered better weather (if that were a thing!).

Crowds of residents joined the party to celebrate the community's five decades of existence and welcome the next 50 years with open arms. The Louie D. Project provided tunes that kept the crowd singing along, and The Landings Club offered a Pop-and-Pour Bar, with free beer for the first few hundred guests. There were yard games, bounce houses, face painting, and a photo booth to keep the young and the young at heart entertained. Some local food vendors served their most popular dishes, including BowTie BBQ, Latin Chicks, Sweet Spice, and Kona Ice. A horse-drawn carriage shuttle run by Pegasus Riding Academy took attendees from their vehicles on Priest Landing Drive to the Marina.

Thank you to The Landings community, The 50th Anniversary Committee, resident volunteers, and our event sponsors, The Landings CompanyNicole Casino, and Comcast/Xfinity.

If you think these first 50 years were great, just wait until you see the next 50!
