Watercraft Incident

On Wednesday, March 2, TLA staff assisted with a capsized boat at Delegal Marina. The boat was being held up by the floating pier and was righted by Sea-Tow. No apparent damage was discovered, and the boat appeared to be stable once righted. The boat was left in the slip overnight and taken to Landings Harbor the following day by Sea-Tow. The cause of the boat capsizing is unknown, though it is suspected to be caused by tidal activity. A review of the video footage did not indicate any signs of suspicious activity.
