Did you know that you can add an extra layer of security for verifying your identity with The Landings Association? As we all know, it can be difficult to recall our codes and passwords in a time where everything is password protected. Each record in our residential database has the option to include a security challenge question. TLA staff can use the challenge question to verify your identity and authority to preauthorize guests and vendors if you suddenly “draw a blank” on your PIN. Be sure to add this feature to your account the next time you stop by the Association office, and make sure to have your photo ID when you do!
