This month’s edition of Sunset Sips will feature Allison McGee from The Nature Conservancy. McGee will showcase how fire shapes the coastal landscape and how human suppression of fire has impacted the ecosystem.

The program will begin at 5:30 p.m. in Delegal Creek Marina's Sunset Pavilion, with time for residents to mingle with the presenter and enjoy light refreshments (provided by the sponsors) and purchase beer or wine (cash only). The presentation will begin at 6 p.m. and will be followed by a brief Q & A session.
