Please be advised that all Event Guest Lists must be submitted at least 24-hours prior to the event. You will need to download our Event Template form, type in your information, and attach below. Click here to download the form.

  1. The guest information provided is correct.
  2. The Rules and Regulations of The Landings apply to all property owners, residents, occupants, visitors, guests, and tenants.
  3. Property Owners are responsible for their own conduct and the conduct of their family members, tenants, and guests.
  4. Criminal acts pursuant to all Federal, State, and local laws and ordinances, to include vandalism, will not be tolerated, and violators will be prosecuted to the extent the law allows.
  5. Members, residents, Landings Club members, guests, employees, and vendors will be held legally and financially responsible for any damage, intentional or otherwise, to Association property.
Guest lists must include first and last name of guests, the start and end dates of their arrival, and any special notes.
