Damage to common or adjacent property results in partial or total forfeiture. In addition, failure to notify the Community Development Department of removal of the item from the property within the allowed timeframe will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
The Landings Association's Renovation Committee is compiling information on renovation projects in order to provide resources to other residents interested in improving their homes. Would you be willing to share your experience with a member of the Renovation Committee?
