Sunset Pavilion

Make your next event a memorable one by holding it at The Landings' picturesque Sunset Pavilion at Delegal Creek Marina. The Sunset Pavilion is available to all Landings residents on a fee-for-usage basis. A great place for birthday parties, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners or any other get-togethers, the room was recently renovated, and boasts a new bar area (equipped with ice maker and cooler), furniture, flat-screen televisions with digital cable, hardwood floors, buffet, and a prep area.

The facility can accommodate parties of 64 inside the room on the main floor, and an additional 32 people if the outside porch area is utilized.
