A bush hogging permit is not a permit to build; it is for clearing of underbrush only. No trees more than 20 inches in circumference at 36” above grade shall be removed without first having received permission from the Community Development Department.
Single family lots may not be cleared within 15’ of the property lines. Clearing is permitted up to, but not beyond, a property line located at the street-front, or property line that borders on a marsh, lagoon, common property, or golf course.
Patio lots may be cleared within 7’ of the property lines. Clearing is permitted up to, but not beyond, a property line located at the street-front, and no closer than 10’ from the rear property line.
This Permit is good for two weeks from date issued.
A $50 Application Fee is required.
